Medication Refill Requests

We require that all patients submit a request for prescription refills at least 2 weeks or fourteen (14) days before a patient runs out of medication. This allows our office sufficient time to process the request and schedule appointments as necessary and ensures patients are not without medication. 

All patient medication refill requests need to be emailed to prescriptions@pfm.health
